Fans stunned by Ben Foden’s accent in new video

Ben Foden shared a sweet video from his wife Jackie's ultrasound this week

The pair were joined by their daughter Farrah, as well as Ben's older children Aoife and Tadhg.

As sweet as the clip is, many fans couldn't help but notice how different Ben sounded.

The sportsman appeared to be speaking with an American accent in the clip.

One said, "An American accent now for Ben."

"What’s with the transatlantic accent?" another asked.

Many fans praised the dad for including his eldest children in the special moment.

Jackie posted a video from her scan and confirmed that Ben’s children were there to witness the special moment, alongside daughter Farrah.

In the clip, the dad is sitting down with Farrah on his lap in the hospital room. Aoife and Tadhg are standing by the wall watching the monitor as the doctor conducts the scan.

One wrote: “Gorgeous, love that they are all part of it. Well done Momma.”

Another said: “Aaaaw, how fabulous that the three of them got to experience that.”

“What a wonderful video! So lovely the children are all there and obviously so excited! Wishing you a happy stress-free and very healthy next couple of months!” another added.

Ben and Jackie confirmed they were expecting their second child together last month.

The couple sadly suffered multiple miscarriages before this pregnancy so waited until they felt comfortable sharing their special news.
