Gigi and Bella Hadid reveal their secret third sister

The Hadid sisters have shared that they have a third sister, Aydan Nix

“We first connected in late 2023, and from that moment on, we’ve embraced Aydan with open arms,” the supermodel sisters shared.

Bella, Gigi, and Aydan share the same father, Mohamed Hadid.

Aydan was born after Mohamed's brief romance with Aydan's mother, Terri Hatfield Dull, after Mohamed and Yolanda Hadid's split in 2001.

In their statement, the sisters explained that Aydan grew up in Florida with “the man she lovingly knew as her father until his sudden passing when she was 19.” 

After his death, Aydan decided to take “a genetic test out of curiosity,” and quickly realised her “biological connection” to the rest of the Hadid's.

“She’s spent time with all of us, including our dad, and we’ve cherished this unexpected and beautiful addition to our family,” the statement continued. “As siblings, we’ve had many open and loving conversations— with Aydan included —about how to support and protect her.”

“Aydan and her family value their privacy, and we fully respect that. We kindly ask others to do the same and honour her wish and right to her anonymity as she continues her life as a young woman in New York,” the statement concluded. 

According to the Daily Mail, Mohamed and Dull's relationship ended before Dull even realised she was pregnant with Aydan. He allegedly “always knew” about his youngest daughter. However, he has “not provided” Dull and Aydan with financial support.

Despite these claims, a source told the Daily Mail that Mohamed is “cordial and pleasant” with Aydan. “There’s mutual respect,” the source said, per the outlet. “But there’s also discretion.”

Aydan Nix graduated from Parsons School of Design in May and hopes to work in the fashion industry as a designer, stylist, and influencer.
