Greg said that while it temporarily may be a good thing, the trolling that comes with Love Island will still exist when the islanders leave the villa and it only serves to protect their loved ones.
He told Her: "I only heard about this the other day. The trolling is going to happen anyway, so it's kind of just protecting the family and friends from the direct trolling.
"Once the person comes out, and trolls want to get to them, they'll get to them. It's kind of just delaying the inevitable.
"What I think it's going to do as well is, it's going to level the playing field. Certain islanders in the past have seen Love Island as a business opportunity and they've prepped loads of posts to upload as if they're on their Instagram while in the villa which has slingshotted them to stardom. So maybe it's leveling the playing field a little bit.
"You're going in trying to find love and this as a business opportunity, you can deal with it after. I think that's going to be a nice positive of it. At least we know that it's going to help the family and friends in the short term."
