The two charges are "Indecent assault (count 1) on a woman who is now in her 50s between 31st July and 31st August 1996 in London" and "Indecent assault (count 2) on a woman who is now in her 50s between 31st July and 31st August 1996 in London."
The former film producer was charged and sentenced to 23 years in prison for a sexual assault in 2006 and a rape in 2013 at the New York Supreme Court.
