Holly Carpenter announces engagement to partner Jamie Hunt

Huge congratulations to Holly Carpenter

Holly confirmed the special news in a romantic Instagram post last night.

The loved-up couple, who were on a sunrise walk with their dog Max, were pictured at Poolbeg Lighthouse in Dublin on 10th May as Hunt got down on one knee.

“Our most special sunrise stroll yet. Here’s to forever,” Carpenter wrote in her caption.

The couple first started dating in 2020 during lockdown, and currently reside in Dublin. With pubs and restaurants closed due to the pandemic, the pair got to know each other through walks on the beach and sea swims, which is no doubt the reason behind Hunt’s romantic and secluded proposal spot. 

Carpenter currently continues to model while also running the accessory brand Lovelift, which she says represents “love, support, and positive energy.”

Lovelift has a range of jewellery and handbags, with all the designs inspired by Carpenter’s loves and passions. 

The couple is also involved in many charity organisations together, including The Marie Keating Foundation which they raised thousands for earlier this year by doing a Paddy's Day Dip.

The sea swim, which raised over €15,000, was in honour of their own fathers who are both battling cancer.
