The Friends actress has often publically discussed her own struggles to have children and admitted it was a heartbreaking experience for her.
The actress told Allure in 2019 that trying to have children was incredibly difficult for her.
"It was a challenging road for me, the baby-making road," she said.
The actress said she was trying everything to help her conceive, but it sadly didn't happen for her.
"I would've given anything if someone had said to me, 'Freeze your eggs. Do yourself a favour.' You just don't think it. So here I am today. The ship has sailed," Aniston said.
The actress knows how harsh the media can be when it comes to women who aren't mothers.
She has undoubtedly been reminded of that this week after comments from Donald Trump's running partner JD Vance resurfaced online.
In 2019, Vance made a harsh remark about 'childless cat ladies' when discussing Kamala Harris.
"We’re effectively run in this country, via the Democrats, and via our corporate oligarchs, by a bunch of childless cat ladies, who are miserable about their own lives and the choices that they’ve made," he told Tucker Carlson.
He continued: "Look at Kamala Harris, Pete Buttigieg, AOC [Alexandria Ocaso Cortez], the entire future of the Democrats is controlled by people without children.
"How does it make any sense we’ve turned our country over to people who don’t really have a stake in it?" he continued.
Aniston slammed Vance's remarks on Instagram this week.
She wrote: "All I can say is… Mr. Vance, I pray that your daughter is fortunate enough to bear children of her own one day.
"I hope she will not need to turn to IVF as a second option. Because you are trying to take that away from her, too," she stressed.
Vance recently voted to block legislation that would offer nationwide access to IVF.
Aniston couldn't be more right and is one of many who has defended Harris this week.
Being child-free does not make you any less of a woman.
