In a separate Instagram story, Jess shared that her hard work has paid off after passing her final exam.
To celebrate, she shared a picture of herself with her father at her previous graduation from UCD.
"Loved this graduation photo from my UCD days," she wrote. "Passed my final exam (...) Officially a pharmacist."
She then paid a visit to one of the pharmacies where she did her placement, and wrote: "So lucky to have done all my placements in such lovely community pharmacies."
Since her father's passing, Jess has spoken about the many ways in which she honours his memory.
At her wedding to Irish rugby star Rob Kearney last December, Jess walked down the aisle holding a photo of her father in a locket on her bouquet of flowers.
