Hannah, a model, then shared the same video on her page and tagged Joel before the congratulatory comments started rolling in. They've been dating for over a year and recently shared anniversary posts on, you guessed it, Instagram. Fans loved the way he announced it too, describing it as "iconic" and the best engagement announcement ever.
