Teen Mom star Kailyn Lowry has given birth to twins

Kailyn Lowry is officially a mum-of-seven

The 'Teen Mom' star welcomed a baby boy and a baby girl this month.

According to The U.S. Sun, Kailyn welcomed the twins less than a year after the birth of her son Rio.

Kailyn revealed she was expecting twins last month on her podcast 'Barely Famous'.

The mum was surprised by the pregnancy, but believes she got pregnant before she travelled to Thailand.

She told her listeners that she came home from Thailand with some permanent souveniers.

The 'Teen Mom' alum explained that she must have got pregnant just before the trip.

"I must have got pregnant right before I left and I had no idea," she said.

"So when I got there, I was eating everything," the mum continued.

"My face was flushed, but I didn't think anything of it because I was like, there's no way. There's no way I am."

Kailyn explained that she wanted to share the news quietly, especially because she was pregnant with twins.

"I wanted to be able to tell my own story on my own terms and kind of share what information I wanted to share instead of being within a contractual obligation or storyline," she said.

Kailyn is now a mum to six sons and one daughter.

We cannot wait to find out what names she chose for her twins.
