However, feud aside, there are certain rules that surround the two Duchesses when it comes to pregnancy. According to the Express, neither Meghan nor Kate will be pregnant at the same time. Why? Well, it basically all comes down to rank. As Prince William’s wife, Kate will one day be Queen Consort of the United Kingdom, she out ranks Meghan. Apparently, the royal family have rules when it comes to making important announcements. Basically, one big story at a time lads, and the more senior you are, the more important your news is to announce. The Express claims that Queen Elizabeth II was pregnant with Prince Andrew when Princess Margaret became engaged. Royal etiquette is said to have dictated that Margaret wait until the royal baby was born before she announced her engagement. Prince Andrew was born on February 19, 1960, and Princess Margaret announced her engagement to Anthony Armstrong-Jones one week later. So if these kind of rules are still knocking about, the Express says "it is possible Meghan and Kate have been asked to plan their pregnancies around one another," Which kind of makes sense?
