Kate and William are looking for a HR advisor and the role is pretty full on

The job is for William and Kate, as well as Prince Charles and Camilla.

Fancy working alongside the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge? While from the outside, working with the royal family might seem like swanky work, but looking at the job description for this role... it's pretty full on. The role is only for a maternity leave cover, however they do not state how much you will be paid. The job description reads that "the role will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle, and provide an exceptional HR generalist service to the organisation, including benefits, recruitment and HR reporting.  Technical knowledge and experience of HR systems are also required for this appointment." Meanwhile, a list of must-haves is also included: "Applicants must have demonstrable generalist / operational HR experience with an emphasis on employee relations and management coaching. "Applicants will also have excellent communication skills, together with the ability to build relationships and engage with staff at all levels.  Candidates must be pro-active, self-motivated with plenty of initiative, and have excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.  Discretion and confidentiality are critical within this appointment."
