Love Island’s Tanya “rushed to medics” after painful fall

Love Island star Tanya has reportedly been rushed to the medic on the show this week following a "painful" accident. According to reports from The Sun, the 23 year old was left bruised and "shouting in pain" after she fell and hurt her arm in the villa. A source told the publication: “Tanya tripped over in the villa and said she was in a fair bit of pain. “She was checked over by the villa medics who confirmed she’d just banged herself and hadn’t sprained or broken anything. “Tanya said she felt a bit bruised and that the shock of the trip caught her off guard.” They added that the safety of the islanders is the most important thing and she was seen too quickly following the incident. The news comes Love Island viewers were not happy after witnessing the treatment Martin got during a recent episode of the show. Claiming the Dubliner was "embarrassed" and "humiliated" by Tanya following her apology to Shaq, fans are now saying Martin deserves a lot better. Martin came into the main villa after forming a connection with Tanya in Casa Amor and she chose to recouple with him over Shaq. But since returning from their three day stint in the other villa, Tanya had been noticeably distant from Martin and it wasn't long before he knew her heart was still with Shaq. Following an awkward break up at the fire pit, Tanya took the opportunity to make a speech for Shaq in front of the whole villa and declare her love – and poor Martin was witness to it all. During the speech, many viewers noticed that she kept apologising for embarrassing Shaq at the recoupling and quite a few pointed out that it was exactly what she was now doing to Martin.
