Meghan and Harry had a ‘secret’ night out with Kate and William this week

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry had a 'secret' night out with Prince William and Kate Middleton this week. The Court Circular - the official record of the royal family's engagements - confirmed that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex attended the Royal Foundation Dinner at Victoria House in London on Thursday. Meghan wore a strapless black dress by Roland Mouret for the event, wearing her hair in an up-do. She finished the look off with minimal jewellery and what appears to be a black clutch. Meanwhile, Kate wore a sleeveless red gown - which looks very similar to the Preen one that sh wore in 2016, while she was on her royal tour of Canada. There are not many photos from the event, but musician Tom Walker - one of the performers at the engagement - shared some snaps on Instagram and Twitter. The pictures show him meeting each one of the royal couples separately. He captioned the series:

“I had the absolute honour of performing for and meeting The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge & The Duke and Duchess of Sussex for the annual @kensingtonroyal #RoyalFoundation dinner last night."

The Sunday Times said that this would most likely be in the spring, after Meghan and Harry welcome their first child. The pair currently share a joint household, but with Prince William as the future king, he will soon have very different duties from Prince Harry.
