Royal expert Victoria Arbiter said to The Sun that since the royal family are "very wealthy, a lavish baby shower would be seen as highly inappropriate. There's nothing they can't go out and buy themselves".
The whole concept of a baby shower is that people bring gifts!
And while there can't necessarily be a party, Meghan will be allowed to accept gifts from her family if she wishes.
This royal rule comes just days after we learned that Harry has been dictating Meghan's wardrobe choices.
She had ordered a number of suits (ironic) for an upcoming tour, but Harry said that they were not appropriate attire.
I genuinely don't know how Meghan Markle keeps up with all these new rules.
