Nicki Minaj has slammed a fellow rapper for his hypocritical lyrics

Nicki Minaj is not a woman for mincing her words.

The rapper is known for her incredible talents when it comes to writing lyrics and singing, not to mention her insane performances which look like they could electrocute you if you were in the audience. She's got a sharp tongue and she's certainly not afraid to use it, given her iconic "Miley, what's good" and perhaps the best rap verse of all time, her piece on Kanye West's Monster. Given the friendly past between the Anaconda singer and Kanye, it doesn't look like the future between the rappers may be as warm and cosy as Nicki has slammed Kim Kardashian's other half for lyrics to his song Gold Digger. In a new interview with Marie Claire, Nicki has outed Kanye for his slightly ridiculous lyrics in his 2005 hit, pointing out that while Kanye was scaremongering women of colour about their husbands, he is now with a white woman.

"It wasn’t funny when Kanye said, ‘When he get on, he’ll leave your ass for a white girl,’ and Kanye happens to be with a white girl now. "It wasn’t funny when it said it; it was the fucking truth."

Nicki also spoke about another celebrity who had annoyed her in past, X Factor judge Sharon Osbourne. Sharon, who once criticised Nicki for her Anaconda song and art on her album, later praised Kim Kardashian for her nude selfie which really ground the Superbass' singer's gears.

"So it wasn’t trashy and raunchy when a white woman did it, but it was when a black woman did it?" "It’s quite pathetic and sad, but that is my reality, and I’ve gotten accustomed to just shutting it down."
