This is Phoebe's first child, but she is not the first of Louis Tomlinson's siblings to have a baby.
Louis himself is dad to six-year-old Freddie who he shares with Briana Jungwirth while their sister Lottie welcomed her first child, Lucky, last August with former professional tennis player Lewis Burton.
Taking to Instagram to congratulate their sister, Phoebe's twin Daisy commented tearful eyed and heart emojis while Lottie said: "Can’t wait to meet you baby.”
While Lewis Burton wrote: "Congratulations to you both."
