The mum tragically lost her husband Daniel to cancer four years ago, but confirmed she has entered a new relationship.
Alongside a photo of her holding a man's hand, Rachel simply wrote, "A New Chapter".
Her followers quickly showered her with loving messages after she made the announcement.
One wrote, "Ah this is such gorgeous news. You deserve all the love and happiness."
"You deserve all of the love and happiness Rachel! So happy for you!" another said.
"You deserve the world and more, the best mammy and kindest soul! So happy for you beautiful!" another said.
One shared, "Thrilled for you Rachel. wishing you all the happiness, you deserve no less."
In December, Rachel opened up about finding love again in a beautifully honest post.
Rachel said she always told her followers that she wouldn’t find love again, but she may have been naive.
The mum said moving on is so daunting.
She doesn’t want to leave her late husband Daniel in the past, but she also knows that being alone forever is so hard.
“I suppose four years pass and the loneliness creeps in and my thoughts have changed.
“It kind of makes me feel like that means I’m leaving Daniel in the past if I was to meet somebody and that’s not the case because Daniel is such a massive part of my life and he always will be,” she explained.
