Rachel Gorry pens emotional tribute to late husband on his anniversary

Rachel Gorry is remembering her late husband Daniel

The heartbroken influencer's husband died from cancer in 2020. Daniel was only 29 years old at the time of his passing.

The couple were childhood sweethearts and married in 2012. They went on to welcome three daughters together: Leah, Holly, and Hannah.

On his five year anniversary, Rachel promised to always keep his memory alive.

In a heartbreaking note on social media, the influencer said she talks about Daniel every single day.

She wrote: "5 years gone today. I can’t even begin to put into words how much we love and miss you, Daniel.

"We talk about you every day, and the girls love telling stories about their daddy," she wrote.

"Today, our hearts are a little more broken than usual," she said.

The mum added, "If love could have saved you, you would have lived forever."

Last year, Rachel confirmed she had found love again after suffering an unimaginable heartbreak.

Rachel and her new partner, Adrien are expecting twins.

Rachel confirmed the emotional news on social media.

Speaking about finding happiness again, Rachel told her followers that it's been a devastating few years for her and her daughters.

"After a devastating 7 years and so much pain and heartache to see my girls genuinely happy again and to feel excited about our future is something I never imagined.

"We still cry and grieve Daniel, that will never leave us nor would I want it to but I can honestly say we’re happy again and that’s amazing."
