The competition this year has been fierce, there's no denying it.
Each week, the celebrity stars make their dance routines look effortless, when, in reality, a lot of mental and physical preparation goes into the live performance.
As they enter week five of the competition, Her.ie spoke with Rosanna Davison ahead of this week's showdown to find out how she gets her head in the game every week.
"I've started just turning up to my mum and dad's on a Saturday night just to get a full night's sleep before the show on Sunday.

You may think the contestants step into their beautiful and themed costumes after a week of tirelessly practising their upcoming routine, but there's often a mental component that goes into the preparation.
This involves a slight change in her usual routine, she explains.
"Do you know what? I've started sleeping in my parent's house on a Saturday night because I have three toddlers - two three-year-old twin boys and a four-year-old girl - and they just tend to wake up during the night.
"I've started just turning up to my mum and dad's on a Saturday night just to get a full night's sleep before the show on Sunday.
"My mum loves it; I come over, she gives me a hot water bottle, and it's really nice. So that's sort of become my little routine.
The mum-of-three says her husband, Wesley Quirke, has been a huge support while she takes part in the dancing competition, and takes care of everything on a Saturday night and throughout the day on Sunday so she can get her rest before the live show.
"It's an early start on Sunday morning. Really, you just want to get out to the studio, get a few coffees into you, have a decent breakfast," Rosanna adds.
In the lead-up to the live show, the media personality says 'There's a lot of mental focus' required throughout the day on Sundays.
"I want to preserve my energy as much as possible for the evening. I definitely rest a lot and sit down, listen to a podcast, eat well, and keep the energy levels up.
"Then I just hope for the best that by the evening comes around."
"Pizza and a cup of tea is usually how I wind down on a Sunday and try and get some sleep. There's such a big adrenaline rush from the show.

After filming has wrapped and the remaining dancers breathe an enormous sigh of relief, Rosanna also has somewhat of a ritual for her Sunday nights since she joined the show.
There's no rest for the wicked, or mums, as the social media influencer dives straight into the responsibilities of a new school week.
"I get home around 9:30pm and have to pack the kid's lunch boxes for school on Monday, I have to make sure you know, their little uniforms are clean and ready for the morning, but my husband usually orders pizza.
"So, pizza and a cup of tea is usually how I wind down on a Sunday and try and get some sleep. There's such a big adrenaline rush from the show.
"It's such a big buzz to be dancing on live TV that it does take a couple of hours to come down off the adrenaline rush.
"So, I try to get some sleep and it then it's up - my alarm is set for 6am on Monday morning to get the kids up and out to school."
Those following the other contestants on DWTS on social media may see that some of the cast head out for drinks afterwards to unwind.
However, Rosanna says, for a mum of young children, 'it's straight back to reality'.
This week, the TV personality revealed that she and her dance partner, Stephen Vincent, will be dancing the Charleston.
The fifth week of DWTS will air live on Sunday night at RTÉ One at 6.30pm.
