Royal expert makes a surprising claim about Meghan Markle and Prince Harry

Another royal expert has waded in to give his thoughts on Meghan Markle and Prince Harry.

At present, they are the source of much debate with people discussing their plans to maintain their privacy where possible. The recent decision to keep the names of their baby son's godparents a secret disappointed their many fans and now one royal commentator has given his thoughts on the subject. The Daily Mirror's Royal Editor, Russell Myers contributed to Pod Save the Queen and said that the couple have experienced a number of PR disasters lately. Meghan's request that spectators refrain from taking pictures of her because she was there in a "private capacity" has been the source of much controversy too. According to The Express, Russell said that they may have ignored the advice that their PR people would have given them. A surprising claim but there you have it.

Ouch. Russell described former Suits actress Meghan Markle and Prince Harry as "headstrong people" and said that they are "careering from one disaster to another". It seems that sources close to the couple have commented on the situation too, saying too that they don't take any advice. They have also been criticised for the spending costs coming from renovations at their Windsor residence, Frogmore Cottage. Now while there is certain protocol expected for the royal family, such criticism does seem harsh when they're just trying to ensure their son Archie is allowed to grow up without constant media attention. Russell points out that Harry is the son of the future King and as a result, there is a certain degree of pressure and it doesn't look like the scrutiny is likely to lessen any time soon.
