Royal expert says this is when we’re most likely to see baby Archie again

On Monday, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle announced that they had welcomed their first child, a baby boy, into the world. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex gave the world a brief glimpse at their son, Archie Harrison, a few days later - but it looks like it may be a little while until the tot is seen in public again. Royal expert Richard Fitzwilliam told The Sun's Fabulous Digital that as Harry and Meghan "are rewriting the total rule book", it wouldn't be easy to predict when the new parents may share another photo of him. "They might very well post a surprise photo of Archie on Instagram but also they may not,” he explained. If they do decide to realise a new photo on the social media platform, it would be following in the footsteps of Prince William and Kate Middleton - who released an official portrait of all three of their children. A photo of Prince George was released a month after he was born in 2013; the same with Princess Charlotte in 2015. The Cambridges released a photo of Prince Louis much sooner; with the shot being posted two weeks after his brith. Richard added that fans of the royal family can "expect fiercely guarded privacy" at all times when it comes to Archie; so there won't be many sightings of the youngest member of the royal family as a baby. “There will obviously be periodic photographs on special days such as birthdays," he noted. He went on to claim that the next time we're likely to see Meghan and Prince Harry's son is at his christening - that is, if his parents decide to not keep it as a private event. He said:

“The royals tend to have christenings two or three months after the birth. Expect them to do what they want to. “Be most entirely certain that Archie won’t be emulating Princess Eugenie & having a public christening, which is unique for a royal. “Expect Archie to be christened in St George’s Chapel, where Harry was christened and where he and Meghan were married as they have developed such strong links with Windsor.”
