He continued: "We have been in repeated conversations with the appropriate executors of her estate."
Naya Rivera tragically passed away last summer. The Glee star died while renting a pontoon boat with her four year-old son on Lake Piru in California.
Naya was declared missing after Josey was found sleeping alone on the boat. Her body was found five days later.
