The production team behind the hugely popular Britney Spears documentary released earlier this year are said to be involved in this upcoming project. According to Page Six, the documentary will talk to everyone who was involved in the now infamous halftime performance. The show saw Justin Timberlake join Janet Jackson on stage after she sang Rhythm Nation. The two then performed a duet of his song Rock Your Body. At the performance's finale, Timberlake pulled off part of Janet's outfit, and ended up revealing her breast to an audience of millions. Many fans lodged formal complaints, and maintained that it was indecent exposure. The halftime performance went on to become one of the most-watched moments in TiVo history. In the years since, many fans felt that the press treated Janet unfairly in the fallout of the event. Justin Timberlake, meanwhile, appeared to escape scrutiny despite his role in the controversy. Earlier this year, Timberlake apologised both for this incident, as well as his treatment of his ex-girlfriend Britney Spears.
