As the world watches for news on Kate Middleton's new arrival, one rendering of the pregnant Duchess is drawing attention outside the hospital she's set to give birth in.  London-based satirical artist Kaya Mar is perched outside the Lido wing of St Mary's Hospital in the British capital with his latest painting.
