See, during the week, the editor of Harper's Magazine - a current affairs and politics publication - revealed that the First Daughter's rep emailed them to ask to be invited to the Bazaar's Icon Party. Now, the Bazaar's Icon Party is hosted by the fashion magazine, Harper's Bazaar, so we can see where the rep went wrong - but still, it's a pretty damn funny situation. Harper's Magazine's vice president of public relations, Giulia Melucci, told the New York Daily News that she received the following email:
“Hi, I wanted to email on behalf of the First Daughter Tiffany Trump. She is in town for NYFW (New York Fashion Week) and attending a few events. "She would love to possibly attend the Bazaar Icons party. Please let me know if this could be accommodated.”Giulia then told The Cut: “Over 15 plus years at Harper’s Magazine, I have never received a party invite request intended for Bazaar." “Chalk it up to that dream team surrounding the family Trump, a winner, every last one of them!” We just wonder if Tiffany will attend the Icon's party after all...
