Ramsay’s Hotel Hell – Channel 4 (10.00pm) Chef Gordon Ramsay is off to Vermont to help out the Four Seasons Inn which is failing to pay its staff never mind make a profit. The Mentalist – RTÉ One (10.15pm) Jane and Lisbon decide to keep their relationship a secret as they investigate the murder of an undercover agent in the first of the new series.
