The suspect was heard shouting ‘Vengeance for Syria’ before launching the rampage in the region of Trebes. A source in the town said: "A butcher in the U-Supermarket has been shot dead. "The gunman was heard shouting slogans about the war in Syria. He says he is representing Islamic State." The incident happened shortly after 11am and police are currently at the scene. It is not thought the man is working alone. This is a breaking story.
