Gardaí Appeal To Public In Manhunt For Prisoner Escaped In Wicklow

Gardaí have appealed for the public to be vigilant following a prisoner's escape in Wicklow today. 51-year-old prisoner Frederick Lee escaped from Shelton Abbey, Arklow, Co Wicklow, this morning between 6.30am and 7.30am, sparking a manhunt. Lee is described as 1.79m (5'9") with brown hair and brown eyes and Gardaí have released the following image in the search: Gardaí are appealing to anyone with information about his whereabouts to contact Arklow Garda Station on 0402 26320, Wicklow Garda Station on 0404 60140 or any Garda station.
