Ireland has just been named among the top ten countries in the world to be a woman.
We placed seventh on the Women's Liveability Index - the highest ranking of any country in Europe outside of Scandinavia.
Countries including the US, the UK, France, Germany, Switzerland and Spain all failed to make the top ten.
The index measures the living standards of women in 100 countries and is compiled by Nestpick, a rental property website.
It looked at factors including domestic violence rates, the gender pay gap, period poverty, female literacy and female life expectancy.
Divorce laws, days of maternity leave and the right to vote were also considerations.
