Hayek said that the demands women face do not just end in the workplace, but extend to their personal lives and relationships too.
"It’s a horrible sensation. We’re not enough at work, we’re not enough for the guy who’s cheating on us, we’re not enough for our children who always want more of us, no matter what we give."The 50-year-old added that she hasn't given exercise much thought over the past few years, despite the pressures that exist for women of all ages in the limelight. "I will sometimes say, 'I am 50 years old! Why do I have to look good?'," she said.
