The mum-of-four began campaigning and raising awareness of autism after her son Harry was diagnosed with the condition in 2016.
Her close friend John Compton, who owns a Dublin modelling agency, said that he was "devastated" at the loss of Alli.
"She had so much to live for," he told the Irish Mirror.
"She was an amazing mum and a fantastic campaigner for autism. She did such good work."
Samantha Judge, CEO of Irish Autism Action, remembered her as "a beautiful woman, inside and out."
"She was a very strong voice for autism as a mother, and she was so supportive of her children and of the charity.
"She will be a great loss to us."
