Rihanna is being sued by an Irish woman

This is an interesting one.

Rihanna is being sued by the wife of her former bodyguard, Geoff Keating. Dana Kavanagh is taking her case for damages and loss of earnings to Dublin’s High Court next week. Mr.Keating, a father of four who hails from Finglas, headed up security for Rihanna's Diamonds World Tour in 2013. He was touring with the singer in Germany when he claims he was unlawfully dismissed. Mr Keating spoke to the Irish Mirror about the case:

“You wouldn’t believe half of it, unless I showed you. It’s crazy stuff. She was like part of the family.”

The case comes three years after Mr Keating brought a defamation suit against the singer which was dropped in 2015. The case is up for mention in the High Court in Dublin on Monday.
