Darragh Lyons, from Chapelizod, Dublin, was accused of assault causing harm to the girl. The court was told he had no previous convictions and had planned to hand himself in in relation to this matter before being arrested.
Jack Cummins, from Ballyfermot, Dublin, was charged with the assault causing harm to a teenage boy.
Gardaí did not object to bail for either man, subject to the strict conditions.
